Return Policy:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS ON ALL ITEMS. Returns will only be granted when there is a mistake on our part should we mis-ship the items ordered.

Product Availability Policy: If you place an order and the product you purchase is out of stock or unavailable we will call or email you to notify you on the status of the product(s). Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping of your order if order is LISTED AS READY TO SHIP ONLY! Special Order Policy: We offer special orders on custom press-ons. Most special order will take a minimum of 1-2 weeks. Policy Changes: We reserve the right to make changes and or updates to our product prices, company policies as well as procedures. All orders ship via USPS 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS IF READY TO SHIP. DURING READY TO SHIP SALES SHIPPING TIME MAY BE EXTENDED 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS DUE TO THE DEMAND, unless otherwise specified.
MOST CUSTOM ORDERS WILL TAKE A APPROX 2-3 WEEKS SO PLEASE ORDER AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY!
Orders received by 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time are SOMETIMES shipped the same day, provided that items ordered are READY TO SHIP. Shipping & handling can be determined prior to checkout.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping: Carrier restrictions prevent some items from being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. “Free Shipping” discounts do not apply to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
